What the public sees
SNHD issues letter grades with color-coded cards based on demerits: A = 0-10 (blue), B = 11-20 (green), C = 21-40 (red), Closure = 41+ (pink). NNPH (Washoe) uses Pass / Conditional Pass / Fail / Closed status. Source

Posting the result
Required to be posted. Yes in Clark County: the 2023 SNHD Food Regulations require every food establishment to post its health permit and current grade or pass card in an area conspicuous to the consumer upon entering. Posting varies by district elsewhere. Rule
