What the public sees
Statewide results are a narrative violation list, with violations flagged as Corrected On Site or Repeat; records before August 2017 are not available online. Anchorage additionally uses its own scoring system. Source

Posting the result
Required to be posted. Under the Alaska Food Code (18 AAC 31), the operator must post a copy of the most recent inspection report, and the permit must be posted conspicuously in public view in the food establishment. Rule
